Position Description:
Plant Industrial Engineer Position.
Conduct workstation analysis for loading, productivity and ergonomics.
Work with Production Teams to understand constraints and develop plans to remedy.
Manage off-standard labor.
Track and determine next steps in correcting condition.
Understanding of manpower planning and Required -To-Operate (RTO).
