Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op,
you will contribute towards the achievement of plant performance objectives through the successful execution of continuous improvement projects. This position will take direction from and be mentored by a manufacturing engineer focused on metal fabrication and assembly processes. This position is for a Spring 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of January 2026 and running through the spring semester. What You’ll Do: Design, build, and validate fixtures and tooling for production and/or material handling Verify and update plant layout drawings as required Research, order, and implement tools and plant equipment for existing and new processes Create or revise process documentation including work instructions and technical procedures Utilize a hands-on approach to complete specific projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity Troubleshoot processes and equipment issues Perform other duties as specified by the supervisor What You’ll Bring: Major study in:
Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred) Mechanical Engineering Technology Industrial Technology Other 4-year engineer/technical degree program

Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op,
