Lyman, WY Job Overview Cowboy Curbing Landscape is seeking a hardworking and motivated Landscape Skid Steer Operator to join our growing field operations team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building stunning outdoor landscapes. Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment handling. Interpret landscape blueprints and execute landscape construction plans. Operate mechanical equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, augers, chainsaws, concrete saws, and hand tools. Drive and operate vehicles including dump trucks and truck/trailer combinations. Support Team Leader with client communication, walkthroughs, and small plan adjustments. Assist with job paperwork such as timesheets, work orders, and material logs. Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean throughout the project. Communicate job progress and concerns with the Team Leader. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Assist with snow removal during winter months. Maintain equipment and report necessary repairs. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of landscaping experience preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and follow written plans or blueprints. Knowledge of horticulture, paver installation, and retaining walls is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain. Creative and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Benefits

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Occasional Saturday work may be required. 30-minute lunch break daily. Work Location
