PMA is hiring a Project Manager for our Orlando office who will work with one of our healthcare clients. Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will interface with PMA clients and project teams through a process of strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvements, and facilities assignments. Responsibilities include: Demonstrate skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations and deadlines Manage the procurement of design, construction, and consultant services Understand contractual documents for design, construction, and consultant professionals Understand and monitor project budget and schedule, including updating and maintaining web-based project controls Oversee and review the development of construction drawings and bid documents Establish, direct, and document project meetings Engage with stakeholders to present project status and anticipate issues Anticipate and document potential changes to the budget or schedule Review and approve monthly invoices for contractors and consultants Observe and report on construction and safety-related issues Manage the project close-out process to ensure successful completion Represent PMA in networking and business development opportunities Your Values and Skills
3+ years of healthcare experience within the design, construction, development, or project management space AHCA experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, or a related field Polished presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude High integrity and business ethics, thriving in a collaborative team environment Strong interpersonal skills (high emotional intelligence) Enthusiasm and curiosity, committed to creative solutions Confidence and courage to cultivate leadership Value fairness as fundamental to transparency and consensus-building Your Success
