AE Dynamics, LLC, a leader in the structural engineering industry, is seeking a Structural Engineer Project Manager to oversee the execution of structural engineering projects nationwide, including residential buildings, large commercial structures, and facade engineering projects. The role manages project timelines, budgets, and client relations while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and regulations. You will lead a diverse team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and guide design, analysis, and implementation of structural systems. Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders are essential. Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple structural engineering projects from conception to completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource management to ensure successful delivery Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications for primary structures and building facade systems Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to facilitate project goals and requirements Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with design specifications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation to clients and stakeholders Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; Master\'s degree is a plus Professional Engineer (PE) license required; additional certifications are a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on project management Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Benefits
