Required Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (required).
Four years of experience.
Secret Security Clearance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or GIS tools preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing facilities engineering and sustainment activities in direct support of our U.S. Army Customer.
Provides technical oversight in the operation, maintenance, and modernization of organizations facilities to ensure mission readiness and compliance with Army, DoD, and federal standards.
Duties include developing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to sustain mission-critical infrastructure; supporting the planning and execution of facility renovation, construction, and modernization projects aligned with operational requirements; and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project scope, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, energy efficiency, and building code regulations; providing technical support for space utilization planning, facility layout, and workplace optimization; preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, cost estimates, and technical specifications; monitoring contractor performance and supporting quality assurance/quality control activities; and maintaining records, developing reports, and tracking requirements in support of the organizational leadership.
