Job Title:
Molding Manufacturing Engineer
Duration:
12 months
Core Responsibilities
Process Improvement:
Use Scientific Molding principles and Design of Experiments (DOE) to develop and fine-tune robust, high-quality molding processes.
Troubleshooting & Validation:
Investigate and eliminate production defects (root cause analysis). Lead process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure documentation is precise.
Equipment Focus:
Become the go-to expert for presses (hydraulic/electric), molds, hot runner systems, and robotics (EOAT).
Compliance:
Ensure all molding and manufacturing activities meet cGMP and quality standards.
Key Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of hands‑on experience in Injection Molding.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Plastics).
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of molding materials (PP, PC, ABS, Nylon), mold design, SPC, and process capability studies.
Certification (Plus):
RJG Master Molder Certification is highly preferred.
