About the Role
We are seeking for
National In-Building PMO RF Design Team , where you’ll collaborate with submarket teams, enterprise sales, and senior leadership to deliver advanced in‑building RF design and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) solutions. You’ll play a key role in designing and managing enterprise in‑building projects that directly impact network performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Review in‑building RF designs (in
iBwave
format) and ensure completion of all required RF documentation.
Support the design and implementation of
DAS and indoor wireless systems
for enterprise environments.
File
911 and regulatory paperwork
for assigned projects.
Collaborate with experienced RF design engineers to manage projects nationwide.
Develop
executive dashboards and presentations
for Director/VP‑level stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
IBWave Certification
or
hands‑on experience
with iBwave design software.
Strong understanding of
FCC Emissions and RF Safety Guidelines .
Proficiency with RF/Regulatory and PM tools such as
Atoll, Fuze/Siterra, Roofmaster/Roofview .
Expertise with
prediction and mapping tools
(Atoll, iBwave, MapInfo, Windcatcher).
Experience with
RAN and DAS OEM systems
(Nortel, Motorola, Nokia).
Strong RF system optimization skills for
voice and data .
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Access skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree
in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent telecom experience).
2–3 years of RF Design experience
(indoor/in‑building focus).
