Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Job Summary As a Field Service Technician, you will work with some of the largest and most successful companies in the world and receive top‑notch training on industry‑leading fire alarm systems and fire suppression equipment. You will cover the Denver, CO area.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

All team members must embody the company mission to protect people, property and the environment.

Contact customers to schedule service.

Perform inspections and testing on fire alarm and fire suppression systems per OPS work instructions.

Record inspection results in the electronic inspection program.

Respond to emergency service requests and take appropriate action.

Troubleshoot, repair and replace system equipment.

Oversee OPS personnel in service activities.

Review results with the customer.

Conduct customer training on fire system functionality.

Assist in installation and commissioning tasks under supervision.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education And/Or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent, required.

Two years’ experience servicing fire alarm and special hazard fire suppression systems, required.

Experience reading blueprints, required.

Module level troubleshooting experience, required.

Associate degree in electronics or related field, preferred.

NICET (Fire Alarm / Special Hazard) certification, preferred.

Experience with manufacturers: Kidde, Fenwal, Notifier, Fike, FCI, preferred.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage.

Strong time management skills.

Capable of using Windows‑based software and mobile iPad applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organized and detail‑oriented.

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Self‑directed with autonomy.

Demonstrated customer service mindset.

Work Environment

Remote position with home deployment to local sites.

Company vehicle and all tools, technology and equipment provided.

Occasional on‑call days or overtime required.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and crawl tight spaces.

Overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
