Responsibilities
Conduct preventive maintenance and continuous improvement projects (CIPs) to meet tool availability goals.
Create and maintain technical documentation, such as maintenance procedures, operational guidelines, and best‑known methods (BKMs).
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, failures, and process issues then develop and implement effective solutions.
Ensure all equipment and processes meet relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Work with other engineering disciplines, operations, and vendors to resolve problems and implement solutions.
Present technical data and project updates to peers and management.
Maintain operational readiness, reliability, and performance of complex manufacturing or critical infrastructure equipment in a 24/7 environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 3 years of related experience OR master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
Must be willing to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, 7am‑4pm.
Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.
Proficiency in technical writing and presentations.
Salary $77,000.00 – $106,000.00 annually.
