Overview
Packaging Engineering Co-Op (Winter/Spring 2026) at Organon. The Co-Op assignment will support our Global Packaging Technology Department, the Company’s central packaging Center of Excellence with global responsibility for packaging related activities. The position is based in Plymouth Meeting, PA (a suburb of Philadelphia). It is a full-time paid Co-Op position, working 38.75 hours per week in the winter/spring 2026 (approx. January - June). The candidate selected will have opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of areas within pharmaceutical packaging. This position does not offer visa sponsorship. Location:

Primary and secondary packaging development and testing for solid oral dose, sterile and medical device products. Distribution packaging development and testing. Thermal packaging development and testing. Packaging related documentation and regulations. Exposure to other departments, cross-functional teams, suppliers, etc. through packaging activities. Required Education, Experience And Skills
Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Currently enrolled and returning to university following this internship to complete credit requirements for graduation. Strong project management, problem solving, organizational, technical writing and communication skills. Salary and Employment Details
