This role will be working within the manufacturing facility and will be responsible for maintaining total quality and training for multiple products. Responsibilities
Work with Quality Manager to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures Spend a significant portion of time on the manufacturing floor solving quality issues, including involvement in a major project Take total responsibility for quality control of parts, crating and finished product Maintain a continuous improvement mindset with focus on Kaizen (small changes for the better) Perform quality audits, quality admin inspections, and support staff with any quality related questions Ensure raw material and inbound part quality Ensure quality assurance procedures are maintained by all staff Report directly to the Quality Manager for your facility Qualifications
0-10 years of experience 4-year technical degree in electrical, electronics or mechanically oriented curriculum Internship/co-op experience preferred Hands-on product exposure and electrical skills AutoCAD or similar software proficiency Multi-tasking, problem solving and strong communication skills Desire to deliver high-quality products and maintain a safe work environment Physical Requirements
Ability to work standing for extended periods Required to use ladder, forklift or other means to access parts for product assembly Ability to use power and hand tools, and electrical testing and measuring equipment Ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds independently Benefits
