Role Description Arcadis is actively building a talent pipeline of experienced Structural Engineers to join our Resilience Water team. This opportunity reflects our commitment to addressing climate change, urbanization, and environmental sustainability challenges in the water sector.
Role Accountabilities
Design and implement structural solutions for infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, shoreline stabilization, stormwater systems, and resilient infrastructure.
Conduct structural assessments and engineering analyses.
Prepare technical deliverables: calculations, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce sustainable designs compliant with codes and standards.
Support project management with budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Participate in site visits, client meetings, and travel as needed.
Key Skills & Experience
Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit.
Knowledge of IBC, ACI standards.
Ability to produce and review engineering documentation.
Strong communication skills.
Team-oriented and passionate about sustainability and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
5 years of structural design experience, preferably in water/wastewater infrastructure.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
EIT certification or PE license.
