MTS III, Software - Platform Operations Engineer - Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote). Join our infrastructure team focused on Kubernetes fleet operations, platform reliability, and GitOps automation. Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across cloud and bare‑metal (K8s/K3s). Manage cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, routine maintenance, and security policies. Deploy and manage applications across multiple clusters with a focus on consistency and reliability. Troubleshoot cluster‑level issues and support application deployment problems. Implement GitOps workflows for automated deployments using ArgoCD, Flux, or similar. Develop and maintain automation scripts, configuration management, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices. Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, CloudWatch, ELK stack). Implement fleet health monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident response. Develop operational tools, build user‑friendly interfaces, and support platform users. Create documentation and runbooks for operational procedures. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment patterns. Work with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and bare‑metal environments, including hybrid cloud integration. Provision infrastructure, manage configuration, maintain OpenStack or other private cloud components. Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards across the infrastructure. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5–10 years of related work experience. Strong Kubernetes experience: cluster administration, troubleshooting, application deployment. Container technologies: Docker, container best practices, multi‑cluster management. Kubernetes networking concepts: CNI, ingress controllers, service mesh basics. Security policy implementation for containers and Kubernetes environments. GitOps tools experience: ArgoCD, Flux, or similar declarative platforms. Infrastructure automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar. CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar. Version control proficiency with Git and GitOps workflow patterns. Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages. Monitoring and observability experience: Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, CloudWatch, ELK stack, Fluentd. Cloud platform knowledge: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, hybrid cloud integration. Infrastructure‑as‑code practices with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools. Networking fundamentals: VPCs, load balancers, network security. Storage management: persistent volumes, storage classes, backup strategies. Database operations in Kubernetes environments, backup and disaster recovery strategies. Performance tuning and resource optimization for Kubernetes workloads. Cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure. Compliance frameworks and security scanning for containers and infrastructure. Programming experience in Go, Python, or similar languages. API development understanding for integration with platform services. Custom operator development for Kubernetes resource management. Test automation for infrastructure validation and deployment verification. Documentation‑as‑code practices and technical writing skills. Relocation

The salary range of $107,000 – $189,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including experience, skills, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. Benefits
