ALLWEST is a leading consulting firm specializing in engineering, environmental services, and construction materials testing. We’re growing and looking for a Project Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team across multiple locations in the Inland Northwest. Responsibilities
Lead geotechnical investigations and foundation design for public and private projects. Analyze ground conditions, slope stability, and seismic hazards. Prepare proposals, reports, and technical recommendations. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and field staff. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Collaborate with clients and attend project meetings. Support business development and participate in professional organizations. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering (Master\'s in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering preferred). Registration as Professional Engineer in the states of Idaho and/or Washington within 30 days of employment, as well as maintain professional registrations in the state(s) in which they practice. 5-10 years of geotechnical experience Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for solving complex engineering challenges Location
