We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering student to join our team as a Quality/Process Improvement Engineer Co-op from January - August 2026. Provide analysis data that supports process and product improvement projects. Evaluate current field service feedback data and develop recommendations to enhance data collection methods. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Design, develop, test, and enhance software solutions. Improve manufacturing efficiency by improving work methods and material flow. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance process and product knowledge, while directly impacting product quality. Qualifications
Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program and on track to graduate in the next 3 years or less. Interest in manufacturing with an emphasis on quality such as lean improvement processes, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and quality control. In this role, you will work to help shape the development of a Quality Management System (QMS) which will support Greenheck Group product quality through data analysis and continuous improvement. This position will allow you to impact our business by creating sustainable programs designed to enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational performance while learning about our company and culture. Network: You will interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students). Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $23/hour - $27/hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority. Visa Sponsorship Information
