Customer Service Engineer II - MegaLab - Lenexa, KS. Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer II to service automation equipment in the Lenexa, KS area. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering training to operators to ensure optimal system performance. Responsibilities
Service Area – MegaLab – Lenexa, KS; service, install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare Automation instrumentation with minimal supervision. Provide timely and effective repairs and operator training; establish and maintain customer relationships; manage company assets (vehicle, phone, computer, tools, inventory). Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties accurately. Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred. 3+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing instrumentation. Proficiency with tools and service test equipment; ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency with network applications/tools (including eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website — Engineer Tools). Valid driver’s license with good driving record; ability to drive day and night. Physical requirements: lifting 50 lbs, walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, standing, etc. Strong customer service and communication skills; understanding of electricity, power supplies, grounding; experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Shift after onboarding/training: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change based on business needs); potential 3rd shift 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon-Fri, when trained. Automation equipment knowledge in Lenexa area; mid-senior level; full-time; job function: Other; industries: Hospitals and Health Care. Annual base pay: Min $56,600 – Max $84,900; pay may vary by geography, skills, experience, and qualifications; commissions if applicable.
