Overview
Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking Rotational Engineers to join our team in 2026 at locations across the United States. Phillips-Medisize is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the highly regulated pharma, diagnostics and med tech, defense, automotive, and consumer industries. What You Will Do
Support engineering efforts by leading projects, executing testing, generating models, implementing engineering changes, and creating/updating technical documents. Provide technical support to engineering teams as well as manufacturing and quality as needed, including design work, testing, and document management. Participate in design verification activities to ensure that design/process meets customer needs. Develop and modify elements of new processes. Participate in meetings with different functional teams as needed. Proactively seek information and feedback on current assignments and develop working relationships with related teams. The Engineering Rotational Program is designed for aspiring engineers to gain experience in various areas of engineering and determine an area to further develop in their career. Rotational Program Engineers are typically in the program for an 18-month period, involving up to three 6-month rotations at various Phillips-Medisize locations across the United States. Basic Qualifications
Enrolled in an Engineering degree or equivalent program. Internship/Co-Op/Work experience in Engineering. Willingness to move every 6 months to a new location. Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2026. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship. Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Enrolled in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, Plastics, Materials Science, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines. Familiar with solid modeling to generate 3D finite element models. Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Experience in manufacturing, injection molding, tooling, materials, part design, robotics, and related processes; automation experience is a plus. Knowledge of Minitab, SAP, CAD, SolidWorks, Excel. Understanding of SPC, charts, DOE, and related quality tools. Ability to manage small programs with limited oversight. Proficient technical writing skills for work instructions, validation reports, engineering records, and quality notifications. Equal Opportunities
