The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for one or more production cells with a focus on maintaining and improving quality of first pass yield. You will work with global engineering teams to bring new products to production, develop new processes and fixtures to improve safety, ergonomics, and production efficiency, and perform manufacturing testing on revised components to validate their use in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities
Drive sustainment of manufacturing and identify opportunities to improve quality Maintain production lines to meet on time delivery goals of products Work with the quality team and suppliers to identify root causes of component failures and countermeasures to improve part quality Develop production cell layout, required fixturing, and standard work for new production lines Collaborate with new product development and line engineering teams to qualify new and revised parts Qualifications
5 years working within an engineering or manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required); mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering background preferred Knowledge of engineering design, drawings, manufacturing and assembly processes; familiarity with part fabrication techniques such as casting, molding, and machining; and typical materials preferred Experience with various production and operations procedures and problem-solving techniques About you

US ONLY: The compensation range for this role is $92,000 - $99,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
