Job Description The Project Engineer will oversee consulting projects in areas such as: Structural Inspections Reserve Studies Water Intrusion Investigation Property Turnover Surveys Concrete Restoration Painting and Waterproofing Asset Lifecycle Analysis (ROI) Property Conditions Surveys Asphalt Pavement Evaluations Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement Roof Consulting & Design Expert Witness Services Seawalls & Retaining Walls Building Sciences Project Management Building Envelope (O.A.R.) Services Geotechnical Environmental Studies Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. Qualifications BS in Civil or Structural Engineering with 4-6 years’ experience and a registered PE license Experience in at least three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, waterproofing, reserve studies, facades, fenestration Hands-on with willingness to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc. Effective oral and written communication skills with staff and clients Additional Information Visit www.socotec.us for more info.
