Duties Collaborate with inventors, researchers, and attorneys to evaluate new technologies and inventions. Assess patentability, draft patent applications, and prepare responses to USPTO actions. Manage and maintain patent portfolios for clients in diverse technological fields. Stay current with trends in technology and intellectual property law to provide strategic guidance. Support clients in areas such as 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor systems, image processing, and wireless communication technologies. Communicate technical information effectively to clients and legal teams. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience. Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible for registration. Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering and related fields. Experience with 5G, wireless technologies, AI, processor and memory systems, and RF front-end technologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (equivalent experience may be considered). Certifications USPTO registration or eligibility for registration is required. Skills Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop patent portfolios. Experience in technical areas such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, AI, or computer vision is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills.
