TYLin is looking for a
Senior Construction/Office Engineer
to work on a major infrastructure/transit project in the DMV area. Responsibilities
Establish project filing system in accordance with client requirements and manage electronic filing system. Log and manage project submittals, RFIs and correspondence. Create meeting agendas and minutes; distribute and file. Review and file project daily reports. Prepare monthly progress payments. Prepare change orders. Prepare weekly and monthly CCM progress reports. Accurately track change order payments. Log and track material inspection, certification, and acceptance for the project. Coordinate with all other team members, clients, A&E teams and special inspection teams. Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar A/E/C degree. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the inspection and construction of transportation projects. Experience with local DMV transit agencies required. OSHA 30-hour safety course preferred. CMIT and Track Safety Training preferred.
