Conduct electromagnetics simulations and validate simulations with measurements. Simulations include Printed Circuit Board level, module level, and system level. Design and test embedded circuitry. Operate in a team environment and may act as lead, providing technical leadership and design solutions. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work to other engineers and support personnel. Provide technical consultation and maintain a knowledge base. Be recognized as an expert across a product line. What Skills You Need
Experience with an Electromagnetics FEM tool (Ansys HFSS or similar) Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) Spectrum Analyzer (SA) Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing Techniques and Procedures Matlab (or similar) Schematic Capture and PCB CAD Software What Makes You Standout
Microwave Engineering Experience solving Electromagnetic Compatibility problems CISPR 25 Antenna Design and Simulation RF Cabling and Harnessing Signal Integrity / Power Integrity Simulation PhD in Electromagnetics or related field Education
