5+ years of experience in microelectronics design, especially PCB layout and design.

Proficiency in tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, or similar.

Solid foundation in analog/digital circuit theory and practical design.

Experience with lab testing tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, etc.).

Knowledge of DFM/DFT/DFA best practices in a defense context.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and validate analog, digital, and RF circuitry for embedded systems.

Lead PCB layout and design for high-reliability, multi-layer boards, ensuring compliance with military standards (MIL-STD) and IPC specifications.

Integrate sensors (IMUs, GPS, environmental) and communication modules (LTE, UHF, SATCOM).

Develop RF front-ends and antennas for secure communications and sensor applications.

Perform schematic capture, BOM generation, layout, and documentation for reviews and production.

Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test engineers to develop ruggedized, SWaP-optimized solutions.

Conduct signal integrity, power verification, and EMC assessments.

Support environmental and compliance testing (EMI/EMC, shock, vibration, thermal).

Maintain design documentation and contribute to configuration management.
