An international automotive component manufacturer in the Farmington Hills, MI area is looking for a
Sales Engineer
responsible for working with the sales and engineering teams to help develop motor core business. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr This range is provided by Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Support sales team with technical knowledge to sell into prospect accounts Match customer requirements to proposed solutions Collaborate with sales team to plan sales cycle strategies Help create and deliver presentations to prospective clients Manage technical aspects of RFQ/RFI responses Communicate client needs to the R&D teams for product development Requirements
Bachelor 4s degree in engineering or similar field At least 3 years of related experience as a sales engineer Experience with technical aspects of motor core products related to electrical vehicles is preferred Experience working with automotive OEM clients Ability to travel up to 25 percent Strong communication and organizational skills About the employer
