provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. The Senior HVAC Technician will be responsible for both preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance work and minimal installations with our client. As a senior service technician, entry-level technicians will look to you to set the bar, and to help them develop. Location: Norcross, GA; Atlanta, GA area. Salary: $70,000 - $150,000. Compensation note: $1,000 Sign On Bonus (HVAC License Required). What You Will Do

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance services to existing HVAC equipment according to work orders generated from a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Completes all documentation of work performed in compliance with the CMMS data collection process. Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, engines, pumps, belts, fans, air handling units, VAV and fan powered boxes. Maintains the safe operation of systems including electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, oil/gas fired water tube boilers, and auxiliary equipment such as various types of pumps, de-aerating tanks, air compressor blowers, etc. Examines environmental controls and stationary systems to diagnose problems using proper inspection/testing techniques while using tools safely and properly. Gains familiarity with the design and layout of facilities; learns locations of installed environmental control and monitoring systems/equipment; understands operating procedures relating to environmental controls. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Maintenance, OSHA, and our clients. Inspects completed work for conformance with local building and safety codes. May escort subcontractors during completion of their work at the site. May perform other preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as directed by CGL Facility Management, LLC. Serve as a mentor, train, and/or inspect the work of other HVAC and General Trades technicians. May travel to other facilities to help resolve maintenance issues. Maintain a clean and safe workplace while and after performing maintenance tasks. Complete all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. 4-6 years Building maintenance experience required. Refrigeration experience preferred. Experience managing others preferred. Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings. Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts. Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check. Microsoft Office skills required. Self-motivated, team player with multitasking, prioritization, and strong communication/interpersonal skills, especially with clients. EPA Certification required. HVAC License required. Driver's License in-state required. Seniority level
