3 Years (Strong possibility of extension) Job Responsibilities: Researches, resolves, and responds to general customer concerns; escalates complex questions for resolution. Retrieves records or data and distributes information to provide timely and accurate information. Gathers and summarizes data from various sources to complete reports and projects. Updates and maintains databases, systems, and files for accuracy and current information. Performs basic to intermediate analysis on received information, researches or resolves discrepancies following procedures. Schedules meetings, coordinates travel, maintains calendars, and possibly arranges meeting amenities. Drafts standard letters and memoranda, prepares documents for distribution. Maintains and updates web sites using basic web publishing software. Processes and distributes mail, faxes, voicemails, and interoffice messages. Creates and displays digital signage, writes newsletters, organizes events, audits sites, creates presentations, maintains SharePoint sites, and supports process improvements and STEM activities. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially SharePoint. Fast learner, self-motivated, able to handle multiple activities simultaneously. Relevant education or experience in Communications or Computers is a plus, with an emphasis on self-learning and motivation.
