Fishbeck is seeking a talented

Architectural Project Coordinator

to join our growing Architectural Department. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting in the design and technical development of small- to medium-scale projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of project types, with a primary focus on higher education, healthcare, and civic/municipal projects. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team during programming and conceptual phases. Support the project architect in preparing design development and construction documents. Coordinate with in-house engineers and external consultants to ensure design integration and accuracy. Assist the project architect with construction administration, including site observation, RFI review, and submittal processing. Qualifications

Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university. Minimum 2 years of architectural experience. Actively pursuing AXP hours and architectural licensure. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Revit. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organization and attention to detail. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing priorities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple deadlines. Physical Requirements

Ability to work in an office setting and operate standard office equipment. Visual acuity to read printed materials and computer screens.
