Job Title: Building Physics Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a great opportunity to join a specialist sustainability consultancy who provide highly technical services and solutions to the built environment industry. They are looking for a Building Physics Engineer to join their Bristol based energy team and help deliver on numerous exciting construction projects.

Use IES-VE software to assess energy use, overheating and daylighting to optimise building performance Work alongside the design team and liaise with clients to build strong working relationships Ensure projects are in compliance with Part L and Part O regulations Provide consultancy on building physics aspects of projects Carry out energy modelling for BREEAM projects Skills and experience
Relevant degree within a sustainability, energy, architecture, or engineering discipline Relevant post qualification experience in a Building Physics Engineering role Experience with IES-VE software to carry out energy modelling and analysis Familiarity with UK Building Regulations such as Part L and Part O Strong understanding of thermodynamics, sustainable building design, and energy systems Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Live within a commutable distance to Bristol
