Evolution Design Build Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to manage the day-to-day operations on our residential remodeling job sites. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Superintendent plays a critical role in site preparation, field coordination, and team leadership—ensuring every phase of construction is completed on time, on budget, and to Evo's high standards. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for clean, safe, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Support Project Manager in managing field calendars, schedules, and site logistics
Collaborate with Production Manager and Project Manager on job development and execution
Maintain a punctual, professional appearance and attitude; arrive prepared each day
Supervise all on-site personnel: subcontractors, apprentices, laborers, and Lead Carpenters
Set up job sites with boards, permits, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and safety signage
Place and retrieve marketing materials such as yard signs and job boxes
Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Ensure all team members and subs arrive on time and are ready to work
Perform site tasks and quality checks to meet client and company expectations
Identify and report errors or needed corrections to the Project Manager immediately
Offer project improvement suggestions to Project Manager
Pick up job materials and complete transitional tasks to keep projects on track
Communicate clearly with clients without committing to scope changes—refer all decisions to the Project Manager
Monitor weekly schedules and communicate any adjustments proactively
Oversee duties of Lead Carpenter; perform Lead Carpenter tasks if not assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of residential construction or remodeling experience required
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in BuilderTrend and Google Workspace is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor when needed
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Safety-toe boots recommended
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Team-first attitude with the ability to take initiative without overstepping authority
