Key Responsibilities
Drive Excellence in Architectural Design & Leadership. Engage innovative projects that shape our communities while leading high-performing teams to new heights. Independently supervise Project teams through all phases of project execution, including contract management, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration. Demonstrate proficiency in the design and technical aspects of projects while overseeing internal budgets, drafting fee proposals, conducting earned-value analysis, managing invoicing, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful budget execution. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and within scope. Mentor dynamic project teams where innovation thrives. Your leadership will foster collaboration across disciplines, turning ambitious designs into reality while developing tomorrow's industry leaders. Master’s Degree or higher in Architecture, and minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the building industry. Licensure in Architecture (NCARB), and/or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals. Experience with Autodesk Revit, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with a strong understanding of how to utilize these tools for effective project management and seamless collaboration.
