Driving Maintenance Reliability –
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to increase equipment reliability while managing the maintenance parts budget for optimal performance. Strategic Planning & Execution
– Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of planned and predictive maintenance activities, using root cause analysis and problem-solving to mitigate issues. Utilize the newest technologies and software for reporting, presentations and analysis. Championing Safety
– Support and enhance site-wide safety programs, establishing consistent benchmarks to ensure a safe working environment. Leading & Developing Teams
– Manage maintenance supervisors, support staff, and hourly skilled trades; oversee scheduling, and drive skills training to ensure a high-performing workforce. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline Demonstrated leadership in plant maintenance or equipment reliability within manufacturing, with a track record of driving operational excellence Experience managing large teams of both salaried and hourly employees Proven expertise in maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS), budgeting, and implementation of TPM, RCM, BDE, FMEA, and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies Success in developing and sustaining safety programs tailored to maintenance operations Compensation
The annual salary range is $102,320 - $134,295, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available. What’s Next
