in a regulated industry. Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems. Lead and guide a small engineering team through design and development phases. Apply analytical methods like FEA, tolerance analysis, and DOE to solve complex design challenges. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, and quality). Conduct testing, analyze results, and implement design improvements. What You Bring ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME or MSME). ✅ 8+ years of experience in electromechanical or capital equipment design. ✅ Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. ✅ Proven ability to work independently and manage small project teams. Bonus:
Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries. Share a recent project where you designed electromechanical components — what challenges did you overcome?
