We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client's dynamic service department. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance for advanced medical imaging equipment, including X-Ray, CT/MRI, and other modalities. This position involves extensive travel to client sites for installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and regular maintenance checks. Key Responsibilities: Perform service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a range of medical imaging equipment within your designated region. Conduct Preventative Maintenance and Quality Assurance inspections. Manage internal and external documentation efficiently. Serve as a liaison between different departments and clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Uphold and embody the core values that define our company. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Area Field Service Manager. Qualifications: Are you a problem-solver who thrives in roles involving installations, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs? We are looking for a proactive multitasker who excels in a dynamic environment. Key qualifications include: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience repairing or installing medical imaging equipment, specializing in X-ray. Proficiency in imaging equipment and systems.
