We are seeking a skilled
Construction Project Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion and warranty. This role supports the EPC Project Manager or Program Manager and is accountable for project safety, quality, scheduling, cost management, contracts, and client relations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical, and organizational skills to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects while adhering to the highest standards of
safety and compliance . Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction activities and ensure successful execution of projects. Provide input on project planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost development. Manage project safety programs and promote safety across teams and subcontractors. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including proposals and project discussions. Participate in risk reviews, contract negotiations, and project documentation processes. Implement sections of the
Project Execution Plan , including safety, subcontracting, staffing, and procurement. Manage subcontractor RFPs, evaluations, awards, and scopes of work. Oversee financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and project budgeting. Coordinate engineering deliverables and ensure schedule alignment. Administer contracts, including RFIs, submittals, change management, and claims mitigation. Direct project closeout, warranty administration, and recordkeeping. Mentor and provide training to interns, coordinators, and assistant project managers. Ensure compliance with permits, labor laws, insurance, taxes, and safety standards. Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent applicable experience. 7+ years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) . Familiarity with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software. Experience with large-scale construction project sites across industries such as
aviation, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, water, or transportation . Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in EPC, construction management, or program management environments. Exposure to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in construction cost management. Background in labor agreements and building trades relations. Required Skills
