Electrical Engineer role at Walbec Group. Payne & Dolan is looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented problem-solver who has a desire to be part of our growing engineering and land surveying practice supporting internal renewable energy construction projects. Location: Waukesha, WI. Responsibilities
Perform electrical calculations to size equipment, cables, conduits, and other medium and low voltage systems. Prepare energy models for ground mounted solar arrays and battery energy storage systems. Support electrical and control systems design for hydrogen fuel cell stations, reciprocating internal combustion engine plants, and biogas power generation. Draft construction plans for PV Solar plant layouts, electrical single line diagrams, and equipment elevations. Able to produce a complete set of project design drawings to high drafting standards. Collaborate with internal and external design professionals that are part of the project teams. Qualifications
NABCEP PV Design Specialist Certification preferred. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Location
This position is located primarily in Appleton, WI, but projects will vary by location throughout the Walbec Group family of companies. Benefits
