Base pay range: $102,900.00/yr – $135,075.00/yr. Responsibilities
Layout and design of HVAC systems. Development of conceptual design and preliminary design documents, including calculations related to sizing and selecting these systems, the development of Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements. Development of final construction documents associated with these systems, including chilled water, cooling water, etc. Coordination with other disciplines. Qualifications
At least ten (10) years’ experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities. Proficiency in Revit. Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of HVAC systems. Adaptability to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines. Ability to collaborate with the project team remotely. Ideal Additional Experience
Software experience in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D. Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems. Benefits
