Perform operation, maintenance, and minor repairs on all Central Plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, emergency generators, medical air compressors, vacuum pumps, water pumps, water softeners, cooling towers, automation systems, and related equipment to ensure optimal plant operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Experience in healthcare setting (preferred) Licenses/Certifications: State-certified licensure relevant to trade (required) Valid Driver’s License and age at least 21 (required) L.A. City Engineer license (required in Los Angeles County) Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification (required) Engineer (LMSC) certification (required) Essential Duties: Monitor equipment condition to ensure proper functioning Perform scheduled minor maintenance Coordinate with internal and external resources Perform other related duties as assigned Organizational Policies:
