The enterprise comprises five business units offering coatings, steel, concrete fabrication, and building envelope inspection, evaluation, and testing services across various markets and industries. KTA is recruiting full-time and part-time Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) in the PA/NJ/NY area.
All applicants must be willing to travel and work multiple shifts. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED

required Current AWS CWI
-
required Bridge fabrication inspection experience -
preferred ICC Bolting and/or ICC Structural Steel -
desirable Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:
Good oral and written communication skills Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation Physical Requirements:
Good vision (including color, distance, depth) and ability to focus Ability to travel extensively and work outdoors occasionally (including in bad weather) Climbing, bending, crawling, working in confined spaces and on uneven terrain Ability to lift 25+ lbs Behaviors:
Customer-oriented Ability to meet deadlines Detail-oriented Team player and independent worker Drug testing, criminal background, and motor vehicle checks will be conducted. Salary Range: $30-42/hour with comprehensive benefits. The hourly rate depends on experience and certifications. Additional Details:
