We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Project Engineer to manage, monitor, and maintain project schedules. This role involves effective communication of project requirements and successful completion of assigned projects with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and maintain project schedules. Assign day-to-day tasks to project team members. Read and understand scope from contract documents and drawings. Effectively communicate project, department, and company requirements to project team or other stakeholders. Manage assigned projects to successful completion prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Participate in, or complete personally, the design of control systems including power distribution, device layout, network design, panel layout, and device selection. Participate in, or complete personally, the programming (HMI and PLC) of control systems. Create Descriptions of Operations for complete systems. Participate in, or complete personally, the commissioning of control systems. Manage a team of controls engineers. Essential Skills
Project management Controls engineering Material handling PLC programming Experience in baggage handling systems Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering Strong experience in electrical engineering or related field Experience in electrical project engineering Excellent understanding of project management practices and tools Work Environment
This role requires travel up to 50%, with per diem for meals based on the GSA rate. Travel typically involves 10 days on and 4 days off, with flexibility needed. Employees receive 40 hours of PTO and 6 paid holidays. Pay and Benefits
The pay range is $52.00 - $67.00/hr.
