As a General Maintenance Engineer, you will get the opportunity to explore the inner workings of our 121-room luxury boutique hotel. From changing light bulbs and batteries to repairing mechanical equipment, we’ve got it all! Not only do our General Maintenance Engineers fix things, but they also work hard on preventative maintenance tasks. Our Engineers interact with our guests and associates, creating an environment where everyone has fun. Responsibilities

In this role you will: Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as needed. Assist with energy efficiency projects and safety compliance tasks. Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year building maintenance experience. Hotel experience preferred. Good communication and customer service skills. Benefits
