We are seeking a
skilled Electrical Systems Engineer
to design, develop, and validate electrical and electronic systems for complex products. This role involves end-to-end ownership of system design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with hardware, firmware, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems for various industries. Conduct system-level analysis, simulation, and modeling to ensure design meets functional and performance requirements. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and software teams to integrate electronics into complete system solutions. Develop and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and documentation for new and existing systems. Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues across hardware, firmware, and integration layers. Support prototype builds, test plans, and production ramp-up activities. Evaluate and select components, sensors, and devices to optimize system performance, reliability, and cost. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. 3–7+ years of experience in electrical/electronic system design, integration, or testing. Strong knowledge of analog/digital electronics, power electronics, sensors, and signal processing. Proficiency with simulation and design tools (MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, OrCAD, PSpice, etc.). Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and communication protocols (SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, Ethernet). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience: Automotive, robotics, IoT, or industrial automation product experience. Hands-on experience with PCB design, circuit testing, and validation. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO, IEC, or UL.
