In 2023, we were proud winners of Best of Corpus Christi! Our hospital is equipped with modern veterinary equipment to support our busy and diverse workload. We have 5 exam rooms (two with lift tables), a surgery suite with a separate dental table, digital radiology (including digital dental radiographs), ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and more! Position Purpose:

We are looking to add an associate veterinarian who enjoys a fast-paced and steady work environment! Our doctors have over a century of combined veterinary experience, providing a rich resource for new graduates or team members to learn and grow from. Our services range from preventative care, internal medicine, imaging, surgery, to urgent care and behavior. Each doctor is supported by their own technician and assisted by floating technicians, ensuring ample support. We especially welcome someone willing to help with our surgical workload. Corpus Christi is located along the Gulf of Mexico, nestled in a bay with beaches sheltered by Padre and Mustang Islands. It offers beautiful migratory bird and sea turtle habitats, excellent restaurants and shops, museums, the Texas State Aquarium, and the American Bank Center, hosting many performances. Outdoors enthusiasts can hunt, fish, hike, and swim—there's something for everyone! Essential Responsibilities:

Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose diseases or injuries. Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results. Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options. Perform surgeries and prescribe medications as needed. Provide counsel on pet end-of-life care. Maintain accurate medical records. Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, statutes, policies, and procedures. Requirements/Qualifications:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited AVMA institution. Appropriate state licensure. Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD registration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and courteous presentation with staff and clients. Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds; with assistance, lift heavier items. Benefits Offered:
