Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students (individual & small group) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Ensure compliance with school, district, and state regulations Adapt therapy to meet diverse cultural and developmental needs Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Maryland licensure (or eligibility) Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Passion for supporting children in educational settings Seniority level
