Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Specialty RN to join our team caring for patients in their homes. Work in an interdisciplinary approach to care. Discuss complex cases as a team. Care for ONE PATIENT AT A TIME. Responsibilities

Provide home health nursing care to patients in their homes as part of an interdisciplinary team. Discuss complex cases as a team; care for ONE PATIENT AT A TIME. Gain new skills (wound vacs, advanced wound care, IV care, disease management and more). Teach patients and caregivers about diagnoses, medications, and self-management of chronic illnesses. Independently start and end your day from home once trained. Be on the front line of transitions from inpatient to community health care. Schedule and Hours

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, generally 8am to 4pm, with some schedule flexibility. Minimal weekend and holiday rotations. Five 7.5 hour shifts or four 10 hour shifts or three 12 hour shifts; options for flexible schedule. Requirements

1-2 years RN acute care experience required. Valid NYS RN Licensure. Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $36.50 - $49.95 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. Pay range may vary by location. We provide a comprehensive orientation to home health care, supportive environment with access to clinical nurse specialists, in-depth computer training, assistance obtaining insurance authorizations, RN supervisors available by phone, and more.
