Location: Holyoke, MA • Schedule: Full-Time • Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 Infinite Medical P.C. is a nationwide network of advanced practice providers and specialty clinicians committed to delivering high-quality, proactive care directly to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), taking responsibility for their medical management Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care Qualifications
A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC). Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively support and mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care. Benefits
