Ennoble Care is looking for a Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse within the Cape May / Atlantic County region in New Jersey to provide care and support to terminally ill patients. The role focuses on comfort, dignity, and peace of mind for patients nearing end of life. A compassionate nature and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care Make visits to the patient as needed to evaluate their condition Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs Work with caregivers to plan and execute high-quality patient care Assist in administering medications Alleviate sudden symptoms of the end-of-life phase Notify a doctor when the patient’s condition necessitates it Assist patients and families with paperwork Maintain accurate records Provide post-mortem support and help relatives cope with the upcoming loss About You

A valid RN license to practice within the State of NJ Proven experience as a hospice nurse or registered nurse Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effects Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards Sound judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication skills; bilingual is a plus Compassionate and patient with emotional stability Benefits
