Sr Associate Scientist - Protein & Bioanalytical Sciences
Sr Associate Scientist - Protein & Bioanalytical Sciences role at Randstad Life Sciences US. 6-month contract with possible extension in Bothell, WA. Pay range: $40.00/hr - $49.30/hr.
Responsibilities
Digital integration related to auditing and maintenance of compound registries
Regular maintenance and auditing of request, registration, analytical data and inventory applications
Frequent and timely User Accepting Testing for registration and request applications
Weekly electronic submission & registration of compounds for Conjugation & Screening
Laboratory fulfillment of reagent requests based on experience
HPLC maintenance and troubleshooting
ADC Conjugation and analytical support
Analytical characterization of purified ADC products
Creating and maintaining critical laboratory reagents, and managing their inventories
Evaluating and building new data efficiencies towards registration and laboratory data processes
Regular collaboration with team members and strong communication skills
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, chemistry, or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or equivalent degree
Hands-on laboratory experience (excluding college coursework)
Experience with basic python scripting and strong excel skills
Experience in laboratory data management and/or digital application transitions
Experience with annotating antibody sequences and familiarity with antibody structure/domains
Experience with recombinant protein production from DNA design to quality analysis
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to perform routine tasks independently and commitment to high quality analysis and meticulous documentation
Preferred
Experience with product quality analysis for antibodies and recombinant proteins
Antibody-drug conjugate and small compound handling experience
Experience with automated lab equipment and protocols
Prior experience working with electronic lab notebooks and/or LIMS systems
Willingness to work with potent cytotoxic compounds and following safety protocols
