Revere Medical is seeking an
experienced Nurse Practitioner
to join a well-respected primary care clinic located 30 miles southwest of Boston and 20 miles northeast of Providence, RI, in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records, and have a strong commitment to serving our patient population. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established practice with two other providers. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients.
Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Promote health education and disease prevention.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
Minimum of two years of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role.
Comfortable using new technology and software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
