First Stop Health is seeking a Licensed Master’s-Level Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, Licensed Psychologist, etc.) who is experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented. In this role, you will provide high quality mental health treatment, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations. You will provide both short-term and long-term mental health care to clients. You will report directly to the Director of Mental Health Practice Operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing the company’s Quadruple Aim: enhancing patient care experiences, improving population health outcomes, reducing costs, and bolstering clinician well-being. Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based, compassionate virtual mental health therapy to First Stop Health members. Maintain an average of 28 completed visits per week per 1.0 FTE. Maintain 70% clinical productivity, supported by built-in breaks and documentation time. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Participate in weekly clinical consultation groups and attend regular team and individual meetings. Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and whole-person care planning; stay current on mental health research, industry trends, and emerging best practices. Engage in special projects as needed. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.). Full Licensure – ability to practice independently; licensed in at least two states highly preferred. Clinical fluency across a range of evidence-based treatment models; strong cross-cultural competency; exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom and EHR systems; Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of full licensure experience with credentials to supervise; 4+ state licenses. Experience with individuals, couples, families; experience with adolescents and adults. Benefits & Support
